Going, Going, Yawn! (Japanese: ヒートバッジ!燃えるバトルでゲットだぜ!! Heat Badge! Win the Blazing Battle!) is the 56th episode of the Advanced Generation series, and the 330th episode of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on December 18, 2003 and in the United States on November 20, 2004.
Synopsis
Major events
- Ash has a Gym battle with Flannery.
- Ash's Corphish knocks out Flannery's Magcargo (nicknamed "Mag") with Crabhammer.
- Ash's Treecko battles with Flannery's Slugma (nicknamed "Meg") before being recalled.
- Ash's Corphish gets hit by Meg's Yawn and Ash recalls it.
- Ash's Pikachu knocks out Meg with Thunderbolt.
- Flannery's Torkoal knocks out Ash's Pikachu with Overheat.
- Flanney's Torkoal knocks out Ash's Treecko with Overheat.
- Ash's Corphish knocks out Flannery's Torkoal with BubbleBeam, winning the match for Ash and earning him his fourth Hoenn badge, the Heat Badge.
