:: Well, Magikarp can't learn any TM/HM(Surf), you don't have to have any Rod (just don't speak with that NPCs who gives you it) (you can get Finneon by GTS trade), and you don't have to have any other Surf/Fly learning pokemon to get there. [[User talk:Glurak|Glurak]] 19:44, 1 Jan 09 (UTC)

::: I know this is old, but I just stumbled on it today and tried it. If you trade over a Finneon (it can only be obtained by getting a Rod in-game) and it's the only Poke in your party that knows Surf, you're stuck unless you have Rare Candies to evolve the Magikarp or have Fly. IIRC, this is the first time it's possible to be legitimately stuck in a Pokemon game. Should I make a note of it? [[User:MagicBarrier|MagicBarrier]] 21:20, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

At the Meister's house, there's a list of his favorite Pokemon... Does anyone know what it's for?

Yes...Thge translation is only for his favorite Pokémon! File:Ani475MS.gif Agent #448 DP | E | File:Ani282MS.gif 08:13, 11 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
Now, of course, my question. The translation's to every language for his Pokémon, right? TTEchidna 10:02, 11 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

How do I see the multilingual Pokédex entries!!!??? YinYang 21:32, 7 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Item placement

I was reading this and I got a little confused about where the Tinymushrooms and the Big Mushroom were. Do you need to Rock Climb to get these items, or are they just around a place where you can use Rock Climb?? Soon to be Mrs. Shirley

Possible bug?

Have anyone tried to trade Finneon that knows your only Surf? That way, you would be left stuck on the island without a way back (the only ways would be reset, Fly, or fishing to evolve that magikarp into Surf-learning Gyarados). Or is there any mechanism saving you? Glurak 19:34, 1 Jan 09 (UTC)

The fact that you'd have your Fishing Rod and would be able to catch a surf-ing Pokemon. Or get a Bibarel, likely. The Dark Fiddler - Nos hablamos? 19:38, 3 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
