Steadfast (Japanese: ふくつのこころ Indomitable Heart) is an ability introduced in Generation IV. Four Pokémon have this ability, all of which are Template:Type2.
Effect
In battle
Steadfast increases the user's Speed stat by 1.5× when flinched. The effect does not apply to when the pokemon flinches by a failed Focus Punch.
Outside of battle
Steadfast has no effect outside of battle.
