Celio (Japanese: ニシキ Nishiki) is a good friend of Bill who lives in the Sevii Islands.
Celio runs the Pokémon Net Center on Knot Island in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, which is completed after the main character collects the Ruby and Sapphire for him.
In the TCG
Celio appears on a card called Celio's Network in the EX FireRed & LeafGreen expansion. This card allows the player to search their deck for a Basic Pokémon or Evolution card (excluding Pokémon ex), show it to their opponent, and put it into their hand.
