In the Learnset section it says only that it can learn Flash from TM70, but in generations I-III, it is obviously by using HM05.

Can somebody change this? Perhaps by adding that TM70 is only in gen IV and in the rest it is HM05?

Kaiju Similarity ...Dude. Has absolutely no-one noticed how very, very (delightfully) similar to Mothra this pokemon looks? Seriously. I've searched webpages everywhere, but so far--aside from everyone saying they NAMED theirs Mothra--nobody seems to make mention of it in any other way.

Heck, some of its stuff is straight out of the Godzilla films.

Beautifly attacks by scattering glittery powder while flapping its wings. Although they have a gentle appearance, Beautifly have been known to be very aggressive. (Wurmple) It spits a white silk that turns sticky when it contacts air. It is used to immobilize foes.

Is it true that this Pokemon was first previewed in the third movie? I find that a little hard to believe. Anyone have a screenshot of that particular scene? --Zeta 07:08, 14 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Try looking at serebii.net: http://serebii.net/movies/entei/pics22.shtml You may find Beautifly there. Pikachu25 00:29, 19 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

That picture you provided isn't good enough. It just looks like a butterfly fairy with similar colors as Beautifly. How is that enough proof? TheBlazikenMaster 00:39, 19 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Check Spell of the Unown talk page.

  • That's NOT a Beautifly, believe me I compared these two creatures. Beautifly just has a similar color. But I have no interest in removing anything, instead I will say "a creature that looks a lot like". TheBlazikenMaster 16:21, 19 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

6c40mdv.jpg There's some similarity, but it is hardly based on a creature that hadn't been created yet. --FabuVinny T-C-S 17:30, 19 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

Pearl

I have seen the locations for Beautifly for Generation IV and its says its Diamond only? I have Pokémon Pearl and it has Beautifly's location at Route 224. Is this correct Laxafett16:13, 21 September 2008

TM70/HM05

In the Learnset section it says only that it can learn Flash from TM70, but in generations I-III, it is obviously by using HM05. Can somebody change this? Perhaps by adding that TM70 is only in gen IV and in the rest it is HM05? --sHoggard - rookie Pokéwiz 20:32, 16 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
