Bulbapedia's Userspace policy restricts the amount you can edit your userpage. This policy was instated to prevent strain on our server, and also to promote people helping out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so help us out by contributing to some articles before coming back to your personal userpage. The more often you edit in the mainspace, the more you will be allowed to edit your userpage. Since the start of July, you have made a grand total of 1 edit to the mainspace, compared to a grand total of 14 edits to the userspace. Bulbapedia is not a social networking site, Bulbapedia is a Pokémon Encyclopedia. This means that users should be doing things productive to the encyclopedia. So, please, stop editing the userspace for a good while, and focus your energy on helping Bulbapedia stay the best source of Pokémon information on the web.
