The guide for those can be found here.
Route 3
Route 3 is a winding path that is scarred with craters caused by unidentified falling rocks. In fact, near Pewter City's eastern border are a group of meteorites that emit a strange, cosmic energy. By examining these four space rocks, you can shift your Deoxys into a different form. Follow the route to the east and rest your team at the Poké Center — you'll be ambushed as soon as you set foot into Mt. Moon.

As soon as you enter Mt. Moon, your rival runs up to you. This is the first time you've seen him since you entered the Hall of Fame. Even though he acknowledges your skill, he still wants to battle. Time for round six!
Now that you've defeated him for the sixth time, he will run off to the Dragon's Den in Blackthorn City to train. If you go looking for him, you will see him near the shrine; talking to him will trigger a double battle against Clair and Lance.
Once he runs off again, walk to the east and use your Dowsing MCHN to find a hidden Revive, and climb the ladder to reach Mt. Moon Square.
Mt Moon Square
There really isn't much here, except for a sunken pond and a tiny shop, which is only open from 10:00am to 5:59pm. The real point of interest is the fenced-in pond to the west: if you return here between Monday nights at 8:00pm and Tuesday mornings at 4:00am, you will witness a group of Clefairy dancing around the pond, performing their ritual to the moon. The Pokémon, focused on the moon and its reflection in the pond, won't see you at first. Before long, however, one of them will spot you, and they all run away, leaving behind a Moon Stone on the edge of the pond.

Enter the square's southern exit, and head south to reach Route 4.
Route 4
Route 4 consists of gentle, rolling hills leading down from Mt. Moon. There are only three Trainers here, and only a few items.

The only places left to explore in Kanto lie in the region's southwest.
Fly back to Pewter City to rest your team, and head south through Route 2 and Viridian Forest. Next stop, Viridian City!
