MooMoo Farm is a small farm located on Route 39. There is a sick Miltank there and after feeding it several berries, it will get better and its owner will give the player TM13: Snore. After the Miltank is healed, the player can also buy MooMoo Milk.
The name is possibly a reference to the Mario Kart 64 track, Moo Moo Farm.
