- Chikorita uses Razor Leaf after coming out of a Poké Ball in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
- Ivysaur has Razor Leaf as its side B attack in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
- Razor Leaf is among the three attacks enhanced into "new" moves in the Pokémon Adventures manga, the others being Thunderbolt and Thunder. It is also the longest "move" in any media, being titled by Diamond as "Razor Leaf Dia Special Mach One and Only."
