Hi I'm Hikari10, I joined Bulbapedia on January 14th 2011. I've been a Pokéfan since the early days. The first game I've ever played is Pokémon Ruby, my starter was Mudkip (it happened to be female, which is rare). I then played Pearl (my starter was Piplup, male), Platinum (I chose Turtwig, male as my starter) and now SoulSilver (my starter was Cyndaquil, also male).When I play Black or White (possibly Black due to more female-based version-exclusives) I'm going to choose Oshawott as my starter. My brother has played Sapphire, Emerald, LeafGreen, Diamond and HeartGold (he chooses the Water-type starter every time). When he plays Black or White (for him, he likes White because of Zekrom, he hinted to me he'll continue his Water-type starter trend by choosing Oshawott. I like Oshawott because it's cute). If I was a Gym Leader, I'd specialise in the Water type. My user name comes from Hikari, the Japanese name of my favourite human character Dawn (anime) and the "10" is named after the number of my birth month (October).
