Could it be possible that the Pokéball was created in Unova, and made to look like Foongus and Amoongus. Perhaps their physiology was used/studied for the technology to be developed? How to read マッシュルーム

- Nope. That's a perfect transliteration of "mushroom", so it translates directly to mushroom (keep in mind this isn't always the case). No button. musshuruumu is the romanisation. --SnorlaxMonster 12:26, 12 September 2010 (UTC)

- That is what it says, I meant masshuruumu, not musshuruumu. I either hit the wrong key or did what I usually do with マ and ム, mix them up.
