Andrew Rannells is a voice actor for the 4Kids English-language dub of the Pokémon anime. He is sometimes credited under the name of Andy Rannells.
Pokémon roles
Rannells first started voicing characters for Pokémon in mid-Johto. Prior to becoming a voice actor for the show, he acted in Pokémon Live as James from Team Rocket with fellow voice actor/director Darren Dunstan, portraying Giovanni. His most prominant role was Harley until season nine.
