::: But Hurricanes accuracy is different because of the use of a weather effect, increased/decreased, so that's what i'll call an added effect, which is what a stronger move could have (in this case along with the chance to confuse). As many already know, i've been edit war'ing a lot lately. Let's get the discussion here, and i'll stop undoing when they're undoing me. Pokeand 19:05, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
