C is a glitch Pokémon that appears in Pokémon Red & Blue that occupies slot E5. If encountered in the wild, the player encounters a glitch trainer who sends out a C. There is no way to capture or fight the Pokémon, because the game freezes after it is sent out. Very rarely, however, the player will instead encounter a level 10 Tentacool (which uses Giovanni's sprite), who faints immediately after.
