Bulk Up (Japanese: ビルドアップ Build-up) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Bulk Up raises the user's Attack stat and Defense stat by one stage each. Due to its effect it appears to be the complementary move to Superpower.
