Why would you list Smeargle as the desired father when passing certain moves through breeding, unless there is no alternative (which there may not be any cases of at all)? Seems sloppy. For instance, why not just list Dunsparce as the desired father for Spite? --[[User:ANinyMouse|ANinyMouse]] 04:14, 7 November 2006 (UTC) | Why would you list Smeargle as the desired father when passing certain moves through breeding, unless there is no alternative (which there may not be any cases of at all)? Will' O Wisp and Vulpix
Um...why does it say that Vulpix can only pass down Will O' Wisp in Generation III, if it can also learn it in Generation IV? - unsigned comment from MajinNecro69 (talk • contribs)
- Because of the Will O' Wisp TM in IV. TinaTheKirlia 16:36, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- Which means the passing down is automatic anyway, although it can be TM'd. TTEchidna 23:22, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Why are we using the Fire Red/Leaf Green art work? Buizel1991 11:06, 5 June 2011 (UTC)
- Because that's the most recent artwork. Most of the Gen II Pokémon that got new art in FRLG didn't get HGSS art. Werdnae (talk) 22:01, 5 June 2011 (UTC)
