{{rt|14|Kanto}} is about the same as [[Kanto Route 15|the previous route]], though there are more Bikers and Bird Keepers here.  The western part of the route leads to the only patch of tall grass nearby, where more of the relocated {{ka|Safari Zone}} Pokémon can be found.  Another point of interest is the woman wandering around in the tall grass.  It seems that she is hunting for a {{p|Chansey}}, and if you happen to have one that you're willing to part with, she would be happy to trade you her {{p|Aerodactyl}}.  A decent trade, since this is the only Aerodactyl you'll find in the region.

Route 15

Route 15

Emerging from Fuchsia's eastern gate, you'll notice a group of schoolchildren around, so why not teach them a thing or two about battling? After beating the kids, you can cut your way through the overgrown tree to reach the northern ledge, where you'll find a PP Up.

Continue northeast en route to Lavender Town.

Route 14

Route 14

Route 14 is about the same as the previous route, though there are more Bikers and Bird Keepers here. The western part of the route leads to the only patch of tall grass nearby, where more of the relocated Safari Zone Pokémon can be found. Another point of interest is the woman wandering around in the tall grass. It seems that she is hunting for a Chansey, and if you happen to have one that you're willing to part with, she would be happy to trade you her Aerodactyl. A decent trade, since this is the only Aerodactyl you'll find in the region.

Continue north into the maze on Route 13.

Route 13

Route 13 is a maze of fences all around. Fight your way past the Trainers, and you'll be able to hunt for more former-Safari Zone Pokémon in the lone patch of grass.

Follow the bridge north to Route 12.

Route 12

Not long after setting foot on Route 12, you'll see an overgrown tree on the shoreline - hack it down to get a Nugget. Not far to the north is another tree, this one blocks you from a Calcium.

Step inside the lone house to find the Fishing Guru's younger brother. Agree with his assumption that you like fishing, and he'll give you the Super Rod.

Beyond obtaining the Super Rod, Route 12 is pretty quiet. Battle the three fishermen, and go west to Route 11.
