Crawford (Japanese: クラム Cram) is a Pokémon Ranger in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia and a graduate of the Ranger School. He is based in the ranger base in Vientown and his partner is a Budew.
Crawford is first seen during the Outdoor Class in the Ranger School, where the students make frequent comments about his afro-like hair. He also has to answer questions from the students, but he leaves early to help a Mantine in danger. He is one of the only people who angers Ms. April when he was in her class.
Later, when the player becomes a Ranger, they cooperate with Crawford several missions, including their first which requires them to deliver the Vien Tribune to the citizens of both Vientown and Chicole Village. Crawford is also in charge of the members of their base when Barlow is not around.
Crawford often jokes, and he is also quick to say if someone else's joke is bad, mainly Crawford's. He makes the Vien Tribune and is also in charge of the section containing his jokes as well as delivering it. He is also known as the tallest person in Vientown due to his afro.
