Furret is a tan mammalian creature bearing a strong resemblance to a ferret. Its most notable feature is its long skinny body, which is used for slipping through the small entrances to their nests. It has four medium sized brown rings from its tail to the middle of its torso and smaller brown rings on each of its forepaws, although its hind paws are cream-colored. It has two brown lines on each cheek, cream-tipped ears, and the top of its head is brown. Its paws have circular pink paw pads. Like its pre-evolution, it is capable of standing on its hind legs, but prefers to move on all fours. Furret bears a slight resemblance to Linoone, as both have long, slender bodies and a similar range of coloration.
Behavior
Due to its abnormally long, slender body, Furret are able to dig very narrow burrows, which no other Pokémon can enter. The mother puts its offspring to sleep by curling up around them.
Furret tend to burrow deep in the ground of meadows or prairies. The deeper their burrow is, the more maze-like it becomes. The burrows are also very narrow, so only the long bodies of Furret can enter inside.
Furret has a very slim build. When under attack, it can slickly squirm through narrow spaces and get away. In spite of its short limbs, this Pokémon is very nimble and fleet.

Furret's name is a combination of fur and ferret. It is more similar to a ferret than Sentret. Its Japanese name is a combination of 大 ō, big, and 鼬 itachi, weasel, and may also include 尾 o, tail, and 立つ tatsu, stand, just like Sentret's Japanese name.
