Granbull appears to be a vivid pink colour in the [[Anime]] and during [[Pokémon Gold and Silver Versions]], but in all other games it is distinctly purple.
Granbull are purple bulldog-like Pokémon that are capable of standing upright. Their most notable feature is their particularly pronounced lower jaws. If eclipsed by its more prominent lower jaws, Granbull also has two small fangs visible on its upper jaw. Granbull's ears are flat and curved in surface, and their nose is black. They also have a black collar around their neck with two small white patterns on it, and two band-like black markings on their arms.

Special abilities
Granbull has notably powerful, pronounced, and prominent jaws, capable of immense crushing power, which Granbull uses to peform attacks such as Bite, Crunch, and the elemental fang trio. Granbull can intimidate most Pokémon by opening its mouth wide to reveal its fangs. It can also learn Outrage, which is usually learned by Dragon-type Pokémon.
Behavior
Despite appearing fierce-looking they are actually very timid, loyal and playful. The jaws are so heavy that the Pokémon have trouble keeping their heads up. Unless Granbull is startled, it will try not to bite indiscriminately. If attacked, Granbull will flail about to fend off its attacker.
Granbull, the Fairy Pokémon. The evolved form of Snubbull. Granbull has extreme fighting power due to its heavily muscled jaw and its strong teeth and tusks.
A Granbull appeared in Volume 8, where it was stealing Pokémon to get attention as its jaw was dislocated. When Gold accidentally knocks its jaw into relocation, it happily returns all the Pokémon it took.
Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Granbull hangs around Pokémon Square. Granbull evolved from Snubbull without realizing what was happening, though it enjoyed its new appearance after getting over the initial shock. This event alerted the rest of the characters that evolution was now possible.
