Bailey (Japanese: ヒカル Hikaru) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime. She appeared in Flower Power.
She trains Pokémon to dance and perform various acrobatic moves to put on shows, similar to a Pokémon Coordinator. Ash and his friends met her at the Johto Pokémon Exhibition and she helped teach his Pikachu dance-like dodging moves. One of her Bellossom lacked the confidence to do a complex flip move until a fight with Team Rocket inspired her to finally execute it perfectly.

Bailey has two Bellossom named Belle (Jp: レイ Rei) and Bella (Jp: ハナ Hana) who she uses to perform acrobatic dances for the Johto Pokémon Exhibition held in Florando. They first appeared training with Bailey, attracting a huge audience including Ash and his friends. Bailey told them to do a 'Loop-de-Loop', but something goes wrong and Bella comes crashing down on Ash. It is then revealed that the Bellossom used to be able to perform the move but Bella is in a bit of a slump now and can't quite get the hang of the 'Loop-de-Loop', making it sad. Then in a battle with Team Rocket they are able to perform moves to dodge Arbok and Victreebel and put them to sleep with Sleep Powder. Later they teach Pikachu and Togepi dance moves. It was then revealed that Belle and Bella used to battle, but preferred to dance.
Later they are captured along with other Pokémon by Team Rocket, but Pikachu is able to get them back down to the ground. After Belle and Bella are free, they perform a successful Loop-de-Loop and send Team Rocket blasting off with 'Tornado Twister'. At the Pokémon Exhibition, Belle and Bella perform another successful Loop-de-Loop and get a standing ovation.
Their only known move is Sleep Powder.
