I got curious about this question (and despite it being old, it hadn't been answered), so I decided to do a little testing in Black. As of Generation V, EVERY move, INCLUDING the now Ghost-Type Curse can be "targeted" by Conversion. STAB Question
Does anyone know if the pokémon then gets STAB with the new type(s) or do they only get STAB for their original type(s)? White Phoenix 02:24, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
What if Smeargle knows both Conversion and Curse?
Curse is known as a ???-type move. Can Conversion turn a Pokemon into ???-type? - unsigned comment from Bbbbbbbbba (talk • contribs)

I got curious about this question (and despite it being old, it hadn't been answered), so I decided to do a little testing in Black. As of Generation V, EVERY move, INCLUDING the now Ghost-Type Curse can be "targeted" by Conversion.
