The Pokémon Fan Club President is the head of the Pokémon Fan Club, a Pokémon lover association. He had appeared in almost every game since his debut in Kanto's Vermilion City.
In the Pokémon Special manga
The President is an odd old man whose Abra was stolen by Lt. Surge. His first appearance was in Danger: High Voltorb where he forced Red to be part of the community and even borrowed his Pikachu.
In the Pokémon anime
The anime's president is named Sukizo. He also serves also as an judge for Pokémon Contests in Kanto, Hoenn and Sinnoh, laongside with contest director Contesta and the citys/towns Nurse Joy.
