==Lawsuit==
It was because of this card that Kadabra is no longer produced in the TCG. Kadabra was made to resemble the famous psychic Uri Galler. In fact, Kadabra's Japanese name is derived directly from Uri Galler's name. As you can see in the card, Dark Kadabra is bending a spoon. The spoon bend was Uri Galler's signature trick, where he balanced a spoon on his finger and supposedly bent it with his mind. But amusingly enough, Dark Kadabra is shown physically bending the spoon on the card, which is thought to have been illustrated this way due to the fact that it is commonly conceived that Galler physically bent his spoons before he would perform his trick so they would bend on their own on his finger, making it appear that the spoon actually bent from his psychic powers. This, of course, offended Galler and he sued Nintendo for $100 million. Nintendo avoided the fee by agreeing to never make a Kadabra card again.
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may discard a card from your hand in order to draw a card. This power can't be used if Dark Kadabra is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
