Challenge Battle (Japanese: チャレンジバトル Challenge Battle) is an area that is only available after defeating the game in Pokémon Rumble U. In this area, the player fights several bosses, including - Galvantula, Accelgor, Yanmega, Escavalier, Mothim, and Wormadam in its many different forms.

- Achieve a combo of 25 or more
