Vivillon (Japanese: ビビヨン Bibiyon) is a dual-type Bug/Flying Pokémon.
It evolves from Spewpa starting at level 12. It is the final form of Scatterbug.
Biology
It uses its wings to scatter its scales or create a strong wind to attack. Vivillon is said to have a secret hidden in the colorful decorative pattern on its wings.
The design on Vivillon's wings depends on the geographic location of its Original Trainer. There are a total of 18 known designs.

Name origin
Vivillon may be a combination of vivid and papillon (French for butterfly). It may also derive from viví en (Spanish for "I lived in"), referring to its geographic variation.
Bibiyon may be a combination of 美 bi (beauty), vivid, and papillon.
