Rydel's Cycles is located in Mauville City right next to the Pokémon Center.
On the outside, it looks like a regular house, but it has bikes outside of it. After learning that May/Brendan has traveled from Littleroot Town to Mauville on foot, Rydel gives the player either a Mach Bike, the faster of the two, or an Acro Bike, which can perform tricks. Either one can be exchanged for the other at any time it is needed.
In the top room are two books describing how to use each bike.
