Release information
In Japan, this card was released for McDonald's promotional campaign in July 2005. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the English print was available in an EX Dragon Frontiers-themed Two Pack Blister, released in April 2007.
Trivia
While the card is similar to the Pikachu card from Jungle, it is not a reprint of that card. The key difference is in the attack costs: this card's attack cost is , while the Jungle Pikachu's attack cost is .
Origin
Spark is a move in the Pokémon games; however, Pikachu cannot learn it.
