The B-Button League is an organisation in the Pokémon anime that aims at ultimate strength and beauty without evolving their Pokémon. Known members include the leader Haley and her younger sister Oralie. It's name comes from when the B-button is pushed in the Pokemon games a Pokemon will stop evolving.
