Sean Schemmel

Sean Schemmel (born 21 November, 1968) is a voice actor for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime.

Schemmel joined the series during the the sixth season. He voiced characters up until the end of the eighth season, when 4Kids gave up their dubbing license. As of Nosing 'Round the Mountain!, he has returned, and has since provided voices for many more characters.
