Rand (Japanese: タルガ Talga) is a character in Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs.
He is the Area Ranger in charge of patrolling the Oblivia region at the beginning of the game. Rand lives on Renbow Island with his wife Leanne and daughter Nema. He is first met by the player at the Wireless Tower on top of Mt. Latolato, where he asks the player to help him save the Radio Base from the Pokémon Pinchers who have taken it over.
