In other generations
Etymology
The Japanese name of the move is based on a term used in Chinese martial arts, especially involving internal energies and use of explosive force. In Japanese, the term Fa jin/Hakkei often translates to "release internal power".
Trivia
- Force Palm is the only Fighting-type move able to inflict paralysis.
