  • Instead of Pokémon Holo Caster, Professor Oak announces the new trailer for the movie 18, Pikachu Short 27, tickets for the movie and Arceus event giveaway.
• This is the first appearance of a female Wobbuffet in the anime.
  • As a result, by gender difference, Jessie's Wobbuffet is officially confirmed to be male in this episode, as he was introduced before gender differences.
• The scene where Jessie's Wobbuffet and Dr. White's Wobbuffet share food could be a reference to a famous scene in the film Lady and the Tramp.
