• Due to Mariya Ise's maternity leave, Mika Kanai takes over the voice of Bonnie, a change that will last for an unknown amount of episodes.
• This is the first Pokémon Quiz segment to feature a Pokémon whose identity isn't revealed. The same goes with the Team Rocket decoy card which was not revealed as well.
• Clemont, Bonnie and Ash narrate the preview for the next episode.
