Trivia
- This card was only released as a Jumbo card and is therefore not legal to use in tournaments or official events.
- This card lists the logo from Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness instead of an illustrator.
- In addition to the regular copyright information on the bottom of the card, this card also has "Developed by Genius Sonority Inc."
- This card also shares the highest attack damage of any printed card with several other Jumbo promotional cards. The highest base attack damage on any tournament legal card remains 300.
Origin
- Shadow Lugia has a central role in the storyline of Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
- Shadow Storm is an actual Shadow move in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Shadow Lugia knows this move prior to purification, regaining Hydro Pump in its place upon being purified.
