Quagsire Assembly
Quagsire later opens up a facility called, "Quagsire Assembly," near the entrance to Pokémon Paradise. This shops features are organizing the player's team, deleting recruited Pokémon, selling the player cheap items and, when the player returns from the human world, changing the team leader.
Super Mystery Dungeon
A Quagsire that is implied to be from Gates to Infinity appears in Café Connection sometimes, saying, "I can't let evildoers slide, hmm? So I punish them thoroughly. Mm-hmm." It is connected with a Vaporeon.
