A Fiery Rite of Passage! (Japanese: シシコとカエンジシ!炎の旅立ち!! Shishiko and Kaenjishi! A Fiery Journey!!) is the 96th episode of the XY series, and the 895th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on November 19, 2015 and in the United States on March 12, 2016.
Blurb
During their journey to Snowbelle City, Ash and friends come across a fascinating sight—a Pyroar sending a young Litleo away from its pride as a rite of passage. The Pyroar and our heroes keep an eye on Litleo as it takes its first steps in the wild. But as fate should have it, when Team Rocket shows up, it’s not the Litleo in peril, but the wise Pyroar instead!
