Island Cave

The Island Cave (Japanese: こじまのよこあな Islet Cave) is a location in Hoenn on a small island on Route 105. In the inner chamber, Regice can be found at level 40; it will have the moveset Icy Wind, Curse, Superpower, and Ancientpower.

In order to enter the cave, the braille puzzle in Route 134's Sealed Chamber must be completed.

After the door has opened, reading the braille inside and simply standing in the same place without touching the game will open the door. In Emerald, however, the player must make a clockwise lap of the chamber, sticking close to the walls, after reading the inscription. This will open the door and allow one to face Regice.
