English and Japanese name origins

Pikipeck is most likely derived from picus (Latin for woodpecker), possibly pico (Spanish for beak or crest), and peck. Tsutsukera is a combination of 突く tsutsuku (to peck) and 啄木鳥 keratsutsuki (woodpecker).--Siobonbon (talk) 18:10, 14 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
