Arceus (Japanese: アルセウス Arceus) is a Legendary Pokémon in the Pokémon Adventures manga.
History

In the HeartGold & SoulSilver arc, Arceus appears as one of the main antagonists, where it plans on destroying humanity due to its mistrust of humans. It was the target of Team Rocket's plans to create Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.
Arceus first appeared in a flash forward in Out-Odding Oddish, battling against Gold. It made its first actual appearance in With a Little Help From Hitmonchan, having been summoned by Archer due to all the plates being in the same place. Crystal decides to try and capture it but Arceus proves to be too strong and escapes to the Ruins of Alph.

It is a very powerful, having created Dialga, Palkia and Giratina in the Sinjoh Ruins.
