Jangmo-o (Japanese: ジャラコ Jarako) is a Dragon-type Pokémon.
Biology
Jangmo-o is a quadrapedal Pokémon. The lower half of its body is black, while its head, tail, and the upper half of its body is gray. It has two large, loose-hanging scales on both sides of its body and two more higher on its back. The scales are teardrop-shaped and mostly gray, turning to yellow on the outer, oval edge. Its tail ends in a yellow bulb, and its feet each have three sharp yellow claws. A small white tuft of fur sprouts from its chest. Jangmo-o has a large head with red eyes, a slightly pointed snout, small nostrils, and two fangs visible protruding from its lower jaw. The ears on the sides of its head are bifurcated. On its forehead is a large, heart-shaped yellow scale.
Born with the pride of a warrior, Jangmo-o nevertheless remains humble about its abilities and trains diligently. It employs the scale on its forehead for both attack and defense, so it never shows its back to its foe, a fact which many Trainers take as proof of its courage. Jangmo-o lives and trains together with others of its species in harsh locations like canyons where there are no other people or Pokémon.[1]
