Max Revive (Japanese: げんきのかたまり Vitality Clump; known until the Collection X as 元気のかたまり Vitality Clump) is an Item card. It was first released in the Gym Challenge expansion as a Trainer card.

Release information
This card was first released as a Trainer card with artwork by Hikaru Koike as part of the Japanese Extended Sheet 2 of the Vending Machine cards. It was later reprinted in the Guren Town Gym deck and in the Pokémon Web expansion. It was printed in the English Gym Challenge expansion.
Max Revive was later included as an Item card with a completely different effect and new artwork by 5ban Graphics in the English XY expansion, first released in the Japanese Collection X. It was reprinted in Japan as part of the M Master Deck Build Box Power Style and M Master Deck Build Box Speed Style, released August 7, 2015, and later in the English Generations expansion and Japanese BREAK Starter Pack. An unnumbered XY-P Promotional print was 1 of 9 cards available in special packs sent to official Event Organizers in Japan starting July 2016. This print features the Event Organizer logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.
