Are you sure its [[Secret Power]]? I thought it was [[Metronome]]. The Beedrill seem to be caught in a [[Teeter Dance]] and Team Rocket got affected by a sleeping move like [[Hypnosis]]. Beedrill weren't paralyzed because no paralyzed sparks were present and they weren't confused ot else they'll start attacking each other. How do you know that Happiny learns Secret Power?
