In Japan, this card was released in the Tamamushi City Gym Theme Deck. It was later released in the Gym Heroes expansion, having been previously reprinted in the Japanese Leaders' Stadium expansion.

Trivia

"Chairty" was mistranslated: the Japanese lore states that it would return to its owner's hand when the opponent's turn ends.
