In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, the first time you heal with Mom, she will give you an item. I (Ultra Sun) and {{u|Lady Ariel}} (Ultra Moon) got a Poké Ball, whereas {{u|Chosen}} (Ultra Moon) and {{u|abcboy}} (Ultra Sun) got a Great Ball. In the text dump, the gift quote has a variable item, so it seems she can give multiple different possible items. Ball gift from Mom
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, the first time you heal with Mom, she will give you an item.
