Welcome to Bulbapedia, Erica124! | |
By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:
| |
Thank you, and have a good time editing here! |
Talk:Twerp
You really don't need to keep writing messages on Talk:Twerp when no one else has responded in almost four months. The staff will decide on the page's fate. Continuing to write repetitive messages just clogs up the Recent Changes. Also, please remember to sign your talk page comments with ~~~~. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 18:55, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
- You have already shared your opinion about wanting to keep the Twerp page, there is no need to keep spamming the page with messages that do not add anything, especially where you are the only person responding on the talk page now. As Pumpkinking said, the decision is now in the staff's hands, you can stop clogging recent changes by posting insignificant comments on the talk page now. ChE clarinetist (talk) 15:01, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
Signing comments
Please remember to always sign your comments. You can sign your comments with 4 tildes (~) or clicking the signature stamp () on the top of the edit box. It should also be noted that once your comment has been marked as unsigned, you cannot replace it with your signature as it will give off the wrong time stamp. ChE clarinetist (talk) 15:01, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
The Preview Button
Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Thanks! --Tiddlywinks (talk) 05:58, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
- Just a reminder, please try to remember that you can use the preview button. Thanks! Tiddlywinks (talk) 04:01, 3 November 2016 (UTC)
Another reminder
Please use the preview button before making so many edits. Playerking95 (talk) 03:43, 7 December 2016 (UTC)
Italicizing
Always be sure to italicize the episode titles whenever they're in English, please. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 07:57, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
AG189
Would you mind explaining why you removed this? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:59, 6 January 2017 (UTC)
- Hello? I really would like an explanation, for this removal seems unnecessary. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 06:15, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
- Please be patient, it's only been a day since you last asked. While I can't speak for Erica124, May's Squirtle page suggests it learnt Water Gun in AG139, long before AG189, meaning it would have had Water Gun during AG189 unless it had forgotten it previously. Though I'm not too familiar with the AG series so I can't say much else.--Wowy(토크) 06:24, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
- Guess what? He/She has STILL not answered. Smfh. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:03, 1 August 2017 (UTC)

Edit warring
Please do not revert or add back information that was removed, it constitutes as edit warring and is a blockable offense. If you have a problem with an edit, take it up to the talk page of the disputed article or the user that reverted you. Thank you.--ForceFire 03:49, 23 January 2017 (UTC)
Discussdelete template on Twerp
You've already tried to remove this twice before and had it reverted both times. As you were told the first time, the Editorial Board will remove the template after they decide whether or not to delete the page. Until then, it stays. Period. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 06:37, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
The Preview Button
You've already been reminded here once to use the preview button, but let me please urge you again to use it. This error should have been easy for you to notice and correct if you had used the preview button before you hit "save", and then someone else wouldn't have had to clean up after you. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 19:10, 18 September 2017 (UTC)
- Probably going to have to repeat this for you so you listen: use the preview button before saving your edits. I had a hard time understanding what you did in the walking Pokémon article before fixing it for you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:11, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
- They are already in the forcepreview group and are clearly not bothering to look at the forced preview, and they haven't bothered answering, acknowledging or complying with any of the (many, many) previous efforts to get them to preview, so sadly, I think you're wasting your time here, GrammarFreak. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 00:46, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
- Quite possibly so. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 01:03, 25 September 2017 (UTC)

Force Preview
Hello, since you've continued to make multiple edits to one page despite being warned three times, you have been placed in force preview. Please make sure to use the preview button so that your edits are good to go the first time, thank you.--ForceFire 05:33, 19 September 2017 (UTC)
Block
Hello, since you have ignored several warnings and continual dismissal of the preview button, despite being in Force Preview, you have been blocked for a week. Please take all warnings on your talk page seriously, or better, read your talk page, because your lack of responses and continuous troubles indicate that you don't read your talk page. If you return to ignore this message and continue to dismiss the preview button, I will not be so lenient.--ForceFire 05:43, 26 September 2017 (UTC)
Edit warring
Do not simply add back a removed trivia, go to the user's talk page and ask why they removed it. Your trivia is not notable because the anime tends to be inconsistent about what Ash has or has not seen. --ForceFire 04:41, 8 October 2017 (UTC)
You're still edit-warring. Please discuss any controversial changes with the other user who is contesting them, if you feel they must be included somehow. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:10, 14 October 2017 (UTC)
Images that don't exist
Please don't try to add an image if it doesn't already exist on the Archives, as you tried to do on Giant Pokémon just now. Doing it in the wrong order — that is, making Bulbapedia try to call the image, then uploading it later to the Archives — can mess up the synchronization and make it take longer than it should for the image to show up on Bulbapedia. If you aren't able to upload the image before editing, either wait to edit Bulbapedia until later, or put <!-- and -->
around it to hide it until the image is uploaded.
Since you are in the forcepreview group, it should have been amply clear that the image did not exist. Please, do not edit lightly like this. If something looks wrong in preview, ask about it — don't just save it anyway, please. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 01:58, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
Blocked again
As you have continued to dismiss all messages on your talk page and continued to edit war, you have been blocked once again. If you disagree with an edit, discuss it with the user that reverted you, do not revert them. If you continue to dismiss your talk page and continue to edit war, you will be moved on.--ForceFire 03:06, 14 October 2017 (UTC)
- I highly suspect Erica is intentionally ignoring all messages being sent to her. She once demonstrated her ability to contribute to a discussion, specifically when she argued for keeping the Twerp article here ([1], [2], [3], [4]). This, coupled with the fact that it's honestly hard to miss notifications for new messages, tells me she's not interested in talking to us. Also, judging from the writing depicted in the provided diffs, she is either an immature kid or a troll. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 17:06, 14 October 2017 (UTC)
Your edits...again
I don't know why you keep reordering names in lists in verse, but names do not have to be ordered a certain way. Also, Ash's Pikachu had electricity problems in BW002; BW001 is only where Zekrom gave him those problems. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:09, 1 November 2017 (UTC)
- And once again you failed to use your forced preview to your advantage while editing Breaking the fourth wall. I had to undo that edit because I wasn't sure how to fix it and didn't want to muck it up any further, not to mention I did not see a basis for that edit. You're not doing any wonders for yourself. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:21, 1 November 2017 (UTC)
- No offense GrammarFreak, but I don't know why you're even trying; this person's not even reading the talk page. You may as well talk to a phone without a battery. ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 14:33, 1 November 2017 (UTC)
Please don't edit-war. I would like you to explain your edits on the Nickname article on the talk page. How could Type: Null be nicknamed Silvally when it didn't even evolve into it yet? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:22, 2 November 2017 (UTC)
- Erica124 isn't the only one adding that; tons of contributors who watch the Japanese episodes have been adding it on many of our pages, so I trust that they're doing what's accurate to the episode and they aren't making some bizarre coordinated vandalism effort.
- And to answer your question, it's simple: just think about the fact that the games' Pokedex entry describes the name "Silvally" as having been coined by Gladion. It appears the anime is riffing on that by having Gladion nickname his particular Type: Null "Silvally", so that when it evolves, its nickname will be what he names the overall species. It seems straightforward to me, at least. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 05:42, 2 November 2017 (UTC)
- Oh. That sounds stupid, but okay... GrammarFreak01 (talk) 08:42, 2 November 2017 (UTC)
Okay, what was the point of this edit? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 08:19, 12 January 2018 (UTC)
Alright, I would like to know why you keep swapping around the names of Ash's classmates, such as this instance. It's very unnecessary, not to mention it's usually arranged in this order. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 06:08, 19 January 2018 (UTC)
I would really appreciate it if you actually responded to at least one of my concerns. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 22:20, 19 January 2018 (UTC)
Before you edit on an article like Rival, please consider the context of the sections you're editing first. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:33, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
- And always think about what kinds of edits you're making. It's natural that companions like May and Serena do not have Pokémon that come from the generation that directly preceded theirs, for the sole reason that they're supposed to PROMOTE the generation they come from. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 03:19, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
- Please don't do something sneaky such as this. ALWAYS read edit summaries! GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:38, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
And you are not using your force preview to double-check your edits before posting them. That's it. I'm reporting you to Force Fire (talk • contribs). I'm tired of your shenanigans. The next time you start editing here again (if you do, that is), you REALLY need to heed my advice and those of others in mind. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:28, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
Blocked, yet again
Due to your continuous edit warring, general disruption, and choosing to ignore your talk page, you have been blocked for a month. I must ask you to read your talk page, and heed the messages being said on it, because as it stands, you have not read it at all it would seem and it does not look like you will change your tune. Please take this warning seriously, because if you return and continue to be disruptive to other users, you will be moved on.--ForceFire 04:00, 30 March 2018 (UTC)
- By moved on, you mean blocked permanently? ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 15:25, 30 March 2018 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that's what that means. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 21:02, 30 March 2018 (UTC)
- That's what I thought too, but he said the same thing during her previous block, so I figured I was wrong. ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 23:25, 30 March 2018 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that's what that means. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 21:02, 30 March 2018 (UTC)
Your edits, yet again
You finally get the chance to edit again after spending one month being blocked, and one of your first edits is this. I told you before that Ash's Pikachu only had electricity problems in BW002; BW001 is only where Zekrom gave him those problems. I can't believe I have to tell you that again. Not to mention another one of your edits got undone because of how utterly inaccurate it was. I promise you, all of this, plus your overall history and your apparent inability to respond to your talk page, is steadily snowballing into the indef that had been promised by Force Fire (talk • contribs) when they implemented your most recent block.
Please, please, PLEASE respond to this! Anything's absolutely fine! But I promise you, if these edits continue and there's only silence on your end, I WILL NOT hesitate to notify Force Fire about this right away, and I feel as if this will be the final nail in the coffin. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:42, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
- As someone who has been blocked multiple times themselves, including twice in the last four months alone, it is not wise to go around threatening other users. Bombarding an inattentive user with messages and threatening them isn't going to work. It is not your job to police people. That is the admin's jobs and they do pay attention to trouble users. --HoennMaster 01:42, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
- But it is my job to give troublesome users advice, which I have been trying to do. Do not doubt my intentions. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 01:50, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not saying your intentions are bad, just your delivery. Threatening users and making comments on their editing abilities is not productive, and it comes across as rude. You've been warned about that more than once. Like I said, the admins already keep an eye on troublesome users as seen below this, no need to harass. --HoennMaster 07:08, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
- How am I harassing her? I'm telling her what she's doing wrong and advising her of the consequences. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 07:11, 1 May 2018 (UTC)

Last straw
This is a staff reminder that you are getting close to being blocked permanently. You have ignored warnings on your talk page, and you have edit warred on occasion. One of the first things you did after getting edit privileges back? Making the same inaccurate edit that GrammarFreak tried to talk to you about, which was one of probably many that got you blocked last time.
If we were wrong that all our warnings have been ignored, please say something that lets us know that you are acknowledging us. Just remember this: if you make the same erroneous errors that got you in trouble--especially if it's an edit war--then you're done. Are we clear? Berrenta (talk) 04:12, 1 May 2018 (UTC)
Are you using your force preview?
In regards to this edit, you did not use the ending quotation mark, instead using ''. If you still have your force preview, I urge you to use it, because not will '' not show up on the screen, sometimes using it will instead italicize every last word that follows it, and it will look messy. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:03, 16 June 2018 (UTC)
- You were warned so many times before. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:20, 19 June 2018 (UTC)
Putting periods after sentences
I don't know how and why you're forgetting to do this simple thing. Never forget to put a period after every sentence you make. I (and other users, for that matter) can't do it for you all the time. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:12, 25 July 2018 (UTC)
- You did it again. For clarification, the exclamation marks are part of the titles, not automatically the ending punctuation for any given sentence. It's punctually incorrect to leave out a period in those cases. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:20, 28 July 2018 (UTC)
Changing up words
Unless the words you're applying will completely change the meaning of a sentence in a beneficial way for an article, there is simply no need to do what you recently did to here. Especially since your changes simply consisted of replacing one noun with another. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 23:35, 15 February 2019 (UTC)
Putting periods after sentences, revisited
Please don't forget to put a period after every sentence you make. It's very simple. If you refuse to do that in your next edits, I will report you to an admin. I assume you don't want to be indeffed, do you? Especially since you've been running on thin ice with your past edits. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:27, 26 February 2019 (UTC)
Indefinite block
Since you have been warned yet again, and the fact that your talk page is full of messages by other users with no comments from yourself, it is strikingly clear that you have not read or even looked at your talk page, or are not taking your warnings seriously. Users are expected to work with other users and staff members, acknowledge any warnings that are given to them, and learn from it. Not ignoring members and their messages.
