• Team Rocket, receiving an order from Giovanni to return to the HQ, releases Mimikyu and Mareanie, leaves their Z-Power Ring with them, says goodbye to Bewear and Stufful, and returns to Kanto.
• Nebby returns to say goodbye to Ash.
• Rotom decides to stay and work with the Aether Foundation.
• Lillie leaves Alola along with Gladion and Lusamine to search for Mohn.
• Ash returns to Pallet Town, leaving all of his Alola Pokémon with Professor Kukui.
• Sophocles heads to Mossdeep City with Molayne.
• Shaymin turns into its Sky Forme by touching Gracidea flowers brought by Ulu and leaves Mallow.
