This card was released in the English Phantom Forces expansion, first originating as one of the Japanese XY-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was available in a twelve card promotional pack available to those who participated in the Pokémon Card Gym tournaments from the month of February 2014 through the month of April 2014.
