The Workout Sea (Japanese: ワークアウトの海 Workout Sea) are a part of the Isle of Armor in the Galar region. It connects to Stepping-Stone Sea to its west, Loop Lagoon and the Fields of Honor to its north, and Brawlers' Cave to its northeast.
