Pollen Puff (Japanese: かふんだんご Pollen Ball) is a damage-dealing Bug-type move introduced in Generation VII. Prior to Generation VIII, it was the signature move of Ribombee. It is TR96 in Generation VIII.

Effect

Pollen Puff's effect varies depending on the target. If it targets an opponent, it deals damage. If it targets an ally, it restores up to 50% of the target's maximum HP. Pokémon with Bulletproof are immune to Pollen Puff.

Pokémon affected by Heal Block cannot target allies with Pollen Puff (but they can target an opponent); if only the ally is affected by Heal Block but the user is not, Pollen Puff can target it, but it will fail to heal it.

Description

Games Description
SMUSUM
SwSh
The user attacks the enemy with a pollen puff that explodes. If the target is an ally, it gives the ally a pollen puff that restores its HP instead.
